A TIME OF SEVERE NEED IN HAITI
UNFORTUNATELY CONDITIONS IN HAITI HAVE BECOME DEVASTATINGLY WORSE SINCE THE EARTHQUAKE THAT TOOK PLACE ON JANUARY 12, 2010. CIMI HAITI NEEDS YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE NOW MORE THAN EVER BEFORE. DUE TO THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS DISASTER WE WILL BE COLLECTING NON PERISHABLE ITEMS , MEDICAL SUPPLIES, TENTS, SLEEPING BAGS, AIR MATTRESSES AND FINANCIAL DONATIONS AROUND THE CLOCK!
THE RECOVERY PROCESS WILL GO ON FOR MANY DAYS, WEEKS, MONTHS AND EVEN YEARS TO COME. MOST OF ALL YOUR UNDYING PRAYERS FOR THE EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS OF HAITI ARE NEEDED ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE. THIS INSURMOUNTABLE LABOR OF LOVE WILL NEED ALL OF OUR COMBINED EFFORTS AND SUPPORT. LET US NOT FORGET ABOUT THE MEN AND WOMEN IN OUR ARMED SERVICES AND NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS WHO ARE ALREADY THERE MAKING A WAY FOR PEOPLE LIKE US TO DO OUR PART. MAY GOD’S PEACE, LOVE AND BLESSINGS REST UPON THE PEOPLE OF HAITI IN A MIGHTY WAY. MAY ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SERVING THE VICTIMS OF THE EARTHQUAKE RETURN SAFELY HOME TO THEIR LOVED ONES.

CIMI HAITI was launched to provide assistance to the people of Haiti who are in need of the most basic necessities of life. Due to the economic restraints in the country of Haiti, there are a number of families who struggle day-to-day just to put food on the table. So often we over look and take for granted the many blessing of life we enjoy, while in many parts of the world there are individuals without the basic necessities of life like running water and food to eat. At CIMIWORLD we will seek to collect clothing that are in decent condition and canned foods through clothing and food drives. You can also make a financial donation at the bottom of the page.
We need all of your support in collecting these very precious items to assist families in need. This effort will not only target families in Haiti but families in our local communities as well.
Operation Haiti
September 2008 begins CIMI Haiti’s monthly clothing and food drive. Every third week of each month we will be picking up clothing items and can foods to assist the people of Haiti.
We will have representatives from CIMI Haiti come to the homes of individuals who would like to donate clothing items or canned goods. Individuals can also schedule a drop off at one of our scheduled drop off locations. For drop offs or pick ups please call: (856)740-0065 or e-mail at cimihaiti@cimiworld.org.
Ladies and gentlemen we hope you can find it in your hearts to contribute to this worthy cause. We would like to emphasize to our contributors that all clothing items must be clean and in good condition. Although you might be donating clothes that you probably don’t wear anymore please be mindful that this will be a gift to someone in need. God forbid you were in a similar situation i’m sure you would like the very same respect in return.

These are the barrels we use to ship food and clothing to Haiti. After the distribution of food and clothing we give the barrels to the families who have no means of storing adequate water supply for their daily use. These barrels are more expensive than the conventional cardboard barrels but their use far exceeds the small difference in price. With no running water these plastic barrels are for many families the next best thing. They collect the water on a daily basis, then they can store large amounts for family members to use.
